How to Get a Luminous Complexion

Updated: Nov 7, 2018

It seems to be the norm to try a slew of products before we find the right one. If only we were so lucky to get it right the first try! I’ve been there, done it. Chances are you may still get it wrong after researching and reading reviews after reviews. Been there, done that as well. Alas, upon my endless reading, I stumbled upon Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum. This is one of my all-time favorite products for luminous skin. My skin glowed, and I loved that my blemishes were diminished—overnight. Yes, that’s right, overnight.

According to the product description:

“The results are greater clarity and a smoother, more even looking complexion. Fine lines, wrinkles, discoloration along with excess oiliness and pores will appear dramatically diminished. Go from a drab complexion to an absolutely luminous one, practically overnight!”

After one use, I noticed the following:

1. My skin had a healthy glow

2. My blemishes were diminished

3. My skin felt hydrated

After one week, I noticed the following:

1. My skin felt smooth and soft

2. My skin was bright

3. Although I continued to have blemishes, they were less frequent, controlled and reduced in size

All you need is one pump. In the evening, after washing and drying your face, smooth the serum all over your face and neck. The serum can also be used on the chest and back of hands. I did notice a slight tingling the first few uses; however, that is an expected sensation as your skin becomes adjusted.

The product is available in two sizes, 30 mL or 50 mL, $90 and $134 respectively. The price tag may seem steep; however, the results, in my opinion, were well worth every penny.

The product worked wonders for me; I ended up gifting family members with it as a result. In a future blog, I’ll discuss my journey with adult acne and share what finally worked to clear my skin. Yep, this product was a contributor!
